Our Team
Liz Harding Principal & Co-Founder
Liz grew up in an entrepreneurial family and this early exposure led her to build two businesses, Liz Harding Consulting (2008) and eLoft Careers (2017). Liz has an international background in Human Resources and Career Development having spent the first decade of her career in the UK and the past 10+ years in Canada teaching job search skills to clients from a diverse range of industries via one-on-one coaching, group facilitation and online course delivery.
Previously, Liz was a Human Resources Leader in financial services organizations in the UK having successfully pivoted from her early career experience as a commercial insurance underwriter. Liz is a Certified Coach Practitioner, MBTI Certified, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
Chandra Drevjany Principal & Co-Founder
Chandra is the founder of two businesses, CareerMark (2005) and most recently, in 2017, eLoft Careers (a division of The Career Loft Inc.). For over a decade, her work has focused on helping individuals and organizations maximize success in today's competitive job market by teaching job search skills that work through online, on-demand job search courses, group training and one-on-one coaching. Prior to becoming a Career Coach and Entrepreneur, Chandra held progressive corporate positions in Human Resources supporting employees and managers in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development and performance management. Chandra holds a BA in Psychology, a CHRM and a Certificate in Adult Education. She is a Certified Coach Practitioner and is Myers Briggs trained.
Kelly Millar Associate Consultant
Kelly is an internationally experienced Career Coach and Graduate Recruitment Leader with over 15 years of experience, beginning as a corporate recruiter based in Toronto and working nationally for a big 4 firm, before spending 7 years in the firm’s global HQ in London, with a focus on recruiting top talent across the UK & Europe.
Kelly got into coaching with the goal of leveraging her experience in the corporate world, to help tomorrow’s leaders find their niche, develop their personal brand, and position themselves for long-term success. She is passionate about coaching career oriented graduates and students to stand out from the competition, and become the most professional versions of themselves.
After receiving her BA from Western University in 2005 she obtained her CHRP. Kelly is trained in both strength and competency based recruitment practices.

Crystal-Lee Olson Associate Consultant
Crystal-Lee is a tactical Leadership Development Professional, Educator, and Certified Coach who is passionate about providing support and accountability to individuals in realizing their full potential. On the foundation of 20 years of progressive business experience, and career transition, Crystal-Lee channels her expertise and personal experience to support her clients. She applies her background in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Education as the underpinning to big picture client success.
Crystal-Lee fulfilled a lifelong dream of attending University and completed her Master’s in Leadership at the University of Guelph. She is a Certified Coach with training from the Life Mastery Institute, and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has achieved ACC accreditation. Crystal-Lee is committed to continuous improvement and professional development which includes sales training with Dale Carnegie, Knowledge Business Broker training and attending various Tony Robbins training programs.

Sharon Coldwell Associate Consultant
Sharon is a certified CPCC Leadership Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI), certified PCC from the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and trained Resume Writer through Career Professionals of Canada. She leverages 7+ years of professional coaching, 5 years of Resume Branding experience and 20+ years of collaborating with and leading global cross-functional teams as a corporate technology Service Delivery Lead for a Fortune 500 company. Taking a very coach-approach to resume writing, Sharon seeks to reveal the best, most authentic version of her clients to translate that into a powerful resume.
Sharon believes that one only needs the desire to grow to discover what's possible; that both organizations and individuals can change anything if they are willing to acknowledge it. She brings to each relationship, authenticity, passion, humour, integrity, curiosity, listening and intuition.
