Who We Are and Why We Created eLoft Careers

At eLoft, we’re not just Career Coaches — we’re passionate entrepreneurs who understand the challenges and opportunities in today’s competitive job market. We are Liz Harding and Chandra Drevjany, two experienced professionals who have spent our careers helping individuals and organizations navigate the world of work.

Liz grew up within a family business environment, where she was exposed early on to the creativity, hustle, and problem-solving that define running a business. This foundation fueled her own entrepreneurial journey, leading her to launch Liz Harding Consulting in 2008 and later eLoft Careers in 2017. Building on her international experience in Human Resources and Career Development — starting in the UK and continuing in Canada — Liz has honed her skills in coaching, group facilitation, and online course design and delivery. She’s taught job search strategies to clients from all industries, always focusing on practical tools and personalized support that empower people to succeed.

​Chandra has always been driven to help people identify their strengths and move forward with focus and purpose.  After launching her first business, CareerMark, in 2005, she founded eLoft Careers in 2017, bringing her extensive experience in Human Resources and Career Coaching to the forefront. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Chandra worked in progressive corporate roles where she supported organizations in recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and more. Over the last decade, she’s focused on teaching job seekers essential skills through on-demand courses, group training, and one-on-one coaching.
 
What brought us together to create eLoft Careers was our shared belief that job search success doesn’t have to be a guessing game. We’ve both spent years supporting individuals as they navigate career transitions, and we realized that there was a better way to make career coaching more accessible and effective. Our vision for eLoft was built on two core principles: First, to help individuals succeed in the job market by offering personalized one-on-one coaching services, where job seekers could receive tailored guidance and support. Second, we wanted to create comprehensive, online, on-demand job search courses that would provide valuable resources for Career Professionals across North America, enabling them to better serve their clients.
 
The traditional job search process can feel overwhelming and disconnected, especially for people who don’t know where to start or how to stay motivated. At eLoft Careers, we’ve combined our expertise to create a space where individuals can find practical, proven job search tools and personalized coaching that meet them where they are. By offering flexible, accessible online courses and expert coaching, we are not only helping job seekers but also empowering career professionals to elevate their services and support their clients more effectively.   We look forward to working with you!
